Ujian Saringan Masuk Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara yang diselenggarakan hari ini(20/06/2010) di Kota Denpasar digemparkan dengan ditangkapnya 10 peserta ujian yang berusaha melakukan kecurangan selama kegiatan ujian berlangsung.

Ujian yang serentak diselenggarakan dibeberapa kota di Indonesia ini, menggunakan tenaga mahasiswanya sebagai Tim Kerja Sekertariat yang bertugas membantu Kepala Sektor dalam mempersiapkan perlengkapan Pengawas Ujian. Selain itu juga, dua hari sebelum ujian dilaksanakan, mahasiswa telah diberikan tugas khusus untuk menangkap sindikat kecurangan USM yang tahun lalu banyak terbongkar di beberapa kota penyelenggara ujian.

Berkat ketepatan informasi intelegen yang diberikan Penyelenggara Diklat Keuangan Kota Denpasar, siang tadi , beberapa mahasiswa berhasil menangkap peserta ujian yang menggunakan peralatan canggih untuk berkomunikasi selama ujian. Peserta yang melakukan kecurangan ditangkap di dua lokasi ujian yang berbeda yaitu SMAN 1 Denpasar (7 orang) dan SMA Dwi Jendre (3 orang) dengan rincian pelaku yakni LMH, MA, FA, L, AAP, HKP, yang semuanya berasal dari Sulawesi Selatan sedangkan pelaku yang satu lagi berasal dari Papua Barat (noname) dan 3 pelaku di SMA Dwi Jendra yang sampai saat ini penulis belum dapat ketahui namanya.

Masing-masing HP memiliki nomor yang masih belum diketahui fungsinya. Seorang tersangka mengaku membayar sebesar lima puluh juta rupiah kepada seseorang untuk mendapatkan peralatan tersebut. Menurut penuturan beberapa pengawas, pelaku pada umumnya belum atau hanya sedikit mengerjakan soal setelah waktu ujian lama berlalu.

Sekarang para pelaku di giring ke tempat panitia ujian untuk dimintai keterangan terkait pelaku lain yang belum tertangkap. Dan menurut salah seorang penangkap, pelaku akan diserahkan kepada pihak kepolisian untuk proses penyidikan.

November 2007 Gelar A.Ma berhasil sy raih setelah bersua dengan dosen, bergelut dengan buku, bercumbu dengan kampus, dan menimba ilmu selama 4 semester di Prodi Pendidikan Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Keinginan untuk menjadi guru di kota besar harus dikubur dalam-dalam karena dipanggil "emak" untuk pulang kampung. Meskipun demikian semangat dan cita-cita untuk menjadi Guru SD tak kendur sedikit pun.

Di kampung halaman satu demi satu pintu gerbang SD sy masuki kemudian menyodorkan lamaran untuk menjadi GTT (Guru Tidak Tetap) kepada Kepala Sekolah. Berulangkali kata "Maaf Mas", "Sepuntene Mas", "Wah mriki GTT ne sampun katah e Mas", terus meluncur deras dari mulut kepala sekolah yang sy jumpai. Dengan langkah gontai perjuangan untuk mendapatkan SD terus sy lakukan, sy terus bergerilya, bergerak kesana kemari hingga akhirnya kabar burung menerbangkan sy ke salah satu SD. Akhirnya aliran keringat dan semangat tak kenal "malu" bermuara di SD ini.

Nah sekarang sy sudah resmi menyandang gelar GTT. Sejuta harapan pun muncul, ingin mengajar dan mempraktikkan teori yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah. Tapi apa mau dikata ternyata SD sy ini tdk membutuhkan guru kelas krn guru kelas sudah lengkap akhirnya sy didapuk menjadi guru olahraga, tukang ketik, tukang nulis surat masuk&keluar, kurir, tukang fotocopy, bahkan tak jarang jadi tukang ojek bagi ibu-ibu yang tidak bisa naik kuda besi, bahkan membeli sayur dan mengantar ke pasar pun jadi tugas tambahan. Wah sungguh tugas yang luar biasa. Dengan gaji 150 ribu rasanya sy tidak betah untuk melanjutkan jabatan GTT ini. Tapi sekali lagi semangat dan cita-cita menjadi guru plus harapan menjadi PNS membuat sy bertahan.

Setelah hampir setahun tugas bertambah menjadi guru bahasa inggris. Sebenarnya sy sangat menyukainya karena sejak kls 1 SMP sy memang bercita-cita jadi guru bhs inggris sayangnya setelah diterima di Prodi Pend. Guru Bhs Inggir FBS Universitas Negeri Semarang melalui jalur PMDK bapak menolak karena alasan kuliahnya terlalu lama sehingga akirnya sy berubah haluan, mempelajari disiplin ilmu untuk menjadi guru SD. Tapi sekali lagi tugas ini juga kurang nyaman sy jalani karena tidak sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu yang sy "kantongi".

Semakin hari jabatan sebagai GTT semakin bertambah banyak dan bertambah berat saja disandang meskipun sekarang gaji sudah dinaikkan menjadi 200 ribu. Bagaimana tidak GTT tidak pernah dihargai selalu dipandang sebelah mata baik oleh rekan-rekan kerja, pengawas apalagi para pejabat dinas pendidikan kelas atas. GTT hanya diberdayakan sekolah sebagai tenaga kerja murah. Terus saja pikiran dan tenaganya diperas bagaikan sapi perah untuk mengerjakan hal-hal yang sudah sy sampaikan di atas dengan penghasilan yang sangat tidak layak karena kalah dengan buruh cuci, tukang becak, atau pemulung sekali pun. Penderitaan inilah yang dialami oleh para GTT di seluruh Indonesia. memang sial benar nasib GTT menjadi ABDI SEKOLAH MINIM UPAH, merasa ABDI NEGARA NAMUN DIPANDANG SEBELAH MATA.

Kenyataan inilah yang membuat sebagian teman-teman GTT MENGAMBIL JALAN PINTAS, menggunakan CARA CEPAT UNTUK JADI PNS yaitu dengan melakukan KKN dengan para pejabat dan birokrat penguasa agar "DILULUSKAN" dalam seleksi CPNS. Puluhan juta pun rela digelontorkan demi meraih keinginan dan lepas dari penderitaan sebagai GTT. Kalau sudah begini apa bisa kita katakan guru bermutu? Jadi percuma saja diadakan diklat, pelatihan, seminar dan upaya-upaya peningkatan kemampuan guru kalau Guru-guru di Indonesia masih kualitas “SUAP”.

Ya inilah kisah nyata yang terjadi di dunia “per-GURU-an”di negeri tercinta ini permasalah GTT yang diperlakukan tidak selayaknya, padahal mereka para pemuda yang potensial berbekal semangat dan pembaharuan. Ditambah lagi “GURU KUALITAS SUAP” wajar saja kalau pendidikan di Indonesia kini kalah jauh dengan negara-negara tetangga yang dahulu kala mengimpor guru-guru dari Indonesia.
